Official Membership Application

As a member of Choice Autobody Repair Association (C-A-R-A), I will abide by the Association’s bylaws. As stated in the bylaws, regular members shall be automotive repair businesses that provide repair/services to the motoring public and/or fleets. I understand the membership dues are non-refundable. Each location must join separately. The dues are deductible as a business expense for Federal income tax purposes but are not deductible as a charitable contribution. In some areas, I understand that I may belong to an existing chapter and in other areas must facilitate the creation of a chapter. I further understand that the name Choice Autobody Repair Association and any logos or signs are the property of CARA and should be used in accordance with CARA guidelines. I understand that CARA may use my name in published information, as in informercials, ad, etc, unless I have submitted a written request not to include it for publication.
